I'm Sarah, founder of Home to Self Wellness. I help people, especially those in seasons of deep responsibility, feel more at home in their bodies through gentle, personalized coaching that supports self-trust, peace, and healing. After years of living with undiagnosed illness and feeling dismissed, alone, and powerless, I learned to work with my body in a way that led to remission and long-term stability. That experience shaped my belief that the body's natural state is healing, and it's why I'm passionate about helping people find the support they need to move toward their own restoration.

MY STORY
For years, I lived with an undiagnosed illness and often felt dismissed, alone, and powerless. Over time, I worked with a team that helped me learn to support my body rather than fight against it. As I began to listen more closely and respond more gently, I found balance and remission — and I have been able to maintain it for many years. That experience shaped my belief that we can, in fact, trust our own intuition, and the body’s natural state of healing, and it’s why I’m passionate about helping others find the support they need to move toward their own restoration.
I have also had the experience of navigating a difficult diagnosis for a child, working alongside doctors to get to the root of symptoms and better understand what that child needed most in order for their body to function at its best. That experience deepened my appreciation for the importance of listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and looking at the whole person rather than just isolated symptoms. This also confirmed that parents do know their children best and trusting that inner wisdom as they navigate the path towards wellness for their child is a brave but necessary act.
Home to Self Wellness was born out of that conviction. I believe every person is unique and unrepeatable, and that no one-size-fits-all approach can fully honor the needs of a body or a life. I especially love supporting people who carry a lot for others — wives, mothers, fathers, husbands, caregivers, and anyone in a season of deep responsibility — as well as those navigating chronic illness, long-term symptoms, or the quiet exhaustion of feeling disconnected from themselves.
My work is centered on creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are. Whether your goal is to put your medical team’s plan into action when you are already at your mental, physical, and emotional capacity or you come with the vague feeling that it is time to make some change, I can support you in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your real life. I believe every client is the expert of their own body. My role is to walk alongside you, help you notice what’s working, and support you as you navigate toward your ideal self.
Together, we focus on small, sustainable shifts that honor your real life, your body’s signals, and your inner wisdom. My hope is that through our work together, you begin to feel more peaceful, more empowered, and more at home in your body — not because you’ve become someone new, but because you’ve come back to yourself.

Your coach is not a doctor, therapist, or dietitian. Coaching does not include diagnosing, prescribing, or directing your care. It does include showing up fully for you — meeting you exactly where you are, and helping you believe in where you’re going.
